with ongoing training and qualification reviews.

Expect to see results in your athlete's performance.  Each training session is sport specific, focusing on:

  • Sport specific moves
  • Correct form
  • Improving the athlete's overall muscular structure
  • Increasing endurance
  • Group training available; maximum 20 people per group
  • This program is a water based program that works in combination with an athlete's regular training program: football, baseball, hockey, soccer, rugby

Trainers for this program have started out as personal trainers from a reputable program. 
They have worked for 2 years in their field and have been certified through our training program.
